No.
Perhaps this makes our life easier as we change the package,
but I think it will lead to a long term usability issue.
I would expect the "+" functions to be all grouped together.
If we need to know what changed, there is always diff.

Since it is now part of VHDL-200X fast track, I suspect this is me. :)
I will double check this with Peter. He may have already started
editing the packages.
