Ben,

CP-009 proposed extending the 'image attribute, rather than providing
image functions. We should put the issue of 'image on the VHDL-200x
agenda (Steve?).

Jim suggested providing various forms of to-string functions in
std_logic_textio. If we want to do that, we should probably mirror it
in std.textio for bit_vectors and numeric_bit/std for signed/unsigned.
Again, coordination with VHDL-200x and 1076.3 is needed.
