Dear colleagues,

Please note that the P1164 vote asks you to vote in favour of or against
each analysis. Some of the analyses (CP-004, CP-005 and CP-009) suggest
that a change NOT be made. Please vote in favour of these analyses if
you want no change, or against the analyses if you want a change to be
made.

Sorry about the confusion over the double negatives, but I couldn't see
an easy way to avoid it. Hope this clarifies the intention.
