Dear colleagues,

I have revised the analysis in

  www.eda.org/vhdl-std-logic/proposals/CP-010-match-functions.txt

to take account of discussion on the email list. The suggestion was to
make the match functions allow null arrays, and to treat two null arrays
as matching.
