Followup on the September 5, 2001 Motion 3:
Motion 3: To send the current set of requirements back to the requirements
subcommittee and ask the subcommittee to reword those requirements for
which objections are received within 1 week from today, so that each has a
clear meaning, and then to reissue the revised requirements list within 2
weeks from today for another vote, that vote to be taken with only two
responses allowed for each potential requirement: Yes (required), or No
(not required), the decision to be made by simple majority.

For Motion 3, we agreed to rework the requirements and focus only on the
temporal layer at this point in time. (See September meeting minutes for
details, which will be distributed soon.)
Attached is the current requirements Excel page. Please review these
requirements and send all comments to the FV Requirements Subcommittee, which
consist of:
