Hi Formal Team,
I am enclosing the Accellera TCC rules and Guidelines. This is
a living document. Its adjustment is necessary to continue to adopt best
practices. Feedback is welcome.
Accellera funds technical writing of all of its standards to ensure its
compliance with IEEE format. The funds we accumulate do come primarily from
the members fee. Accellera members do enjoy certain privileges. Voting is one
of them. There are special consideration for universities, individual, small companies and large companies in terms of fees.
Non-Accellera members can contribute to technical activities. This is definitely part of the rules. On critical issues, like selection of a language from 4 languages, then I would suggest that you follow the Accellera rules. I have allowed
the VFV committee and the Chairman Harry to establish finer rules and abide by them. When things gets out of balance (too many individual from one company voting), and also seeing university researchers showing biased attitude, then I will step in and ask Harry to follow the Accellera rules. Harry is a fair chairman. He is also a good moderator. So please help him and make his job easier.

Best Regards

Vassilios
