(1) Vote on motion to permit Intel to donate FTL

language during our April meeting (for the fourth time).
NOTE: Cindy will present an overview of Sugar during our
May 3rd meeting. Hillel will present the CBV language
during our June 7th meeting. If we accept Intel's proposal,
I'll need to squeeze Limor's presentation of FTL prior
to our CAV 1 or 2 day face-to-face meeting.
(3) Begin work on our CAV face-to-face agenda and logistics.
