Minutes:

1) The SV reflector and mantis web site are now accessible using eda_stds.org

2) 1325 - Voted and resolved.

3) 1326 - John will add an example of how to avoid using match item
inside a goto or non-consecutive repetition. Once on Mantis, email
vote will follow.

4) 805 - resolving the meaning of disable iff is needed. 

5) 928 - Lisa will update proposal, once on Mantis email vote will
follow.

6) 966 - Ed will put proposal on Mantis. (Done.)

7) 1392 - use clocking_event in sampled value functions, Hillel will
update proposal so as to use the term consistently in the LRM. Once on
Mantis, email vote will follow.

Action items: See items 3, 5, 6 and 7 above.
