Just for the clarification:

So, you are saying that callback cbAssertionReset will be called every
time disable iff condition becomes true or user issues a
vpi_control(vpiAssertionReset).

Whereas, cbAssertionDisableIff will be called everytime disable iff
becomes true or for every attempt for which disable iff condition is
true.

Is that right ? I also like the name change suggestion.
