Tom has updated the attendance list and the ballot. Based on our 3/4
criteria, and the fact that only representatives of Accellera member
companies can vote on major issues, this is the list of
eligible voters for the donation acceptance:

Verisity
In the event of a tie, I, as chairman, will cast the tie-breaker vote.
These rules will apply to the requirements ballot as well as the vote on the
donation.
