TechAmerica, parent organization of IBIS, has now made its Manual of Operations and Procedure, plus its Style Manual for Standards (still under the GEIA link and name) and Other Publications, available for download free of charge. We have received several questions regarding TechAmerica procedures on patent, copyright and other intellectual property questions. The Manual of Operations and Procedure should serve as the guide on the policies used by the IBIS Open Forum.
