* Reviewed latest spec (IBIS-ML_06B)

AR: Lynne to get rest of Stephen's updates in Section 5.4-5.6

* Describe trigger as a sample-and-hold of its input.
	While expression is false, sample_out = sample_input
	While expression is true, sample_out = is frozen
	Must be able to toggle repeatedly (not a one-shot)
	Possibly two different trigger levels
	to allow: Cross Vinh, start Pullup curve; cross Vinl, start Pulldown curve

AR: Arpad to write up a sample Trigger with Vinh/Vinl section for discussion

* "alarm" is a run-time check, but can be checked during simulation or
postprocessed.  Intent was to encode explicit constraints into the model.

* "Driver" has philosophical contradiction: do vendors hide their 
transition models
under this mode, or do we describe an algorithm for transitioning within 
IBIS-X?
Today, different tools give same results.
Mentor is willing to give its algorithm to the committee for this element.
Committee needs to prototype this before completing this one.

Can we live without the Driver element?

AR: Stephen and Lynne to work on Chapter 6.

AR: Stephen to check syntax to make sure we can at least implement IBIS 3.2.
AR: Next meeting: see how each IBIS 3.2 keyword is implemented.
