Hi.
I thought it would be worthwhile to call attention
to "How Perspective-Based Reading can Improve
Requirements Inspections", by Shull, Rus, and Basili,
in the July issue of IEEE Computer (pp. 73 - 79).
While requirements specification for a software project
is not the same as standards writing, both are document
oriented and involve the meeting of customer expectations
by providing a way to prevent incompatible engineering
efforts.
