Dear colleagues,
It was pointed out to me that at the DAC meeting last year, we agreed to
keep a separate count of informative votes from people who are not DASC
members. Therefore, if you have not yet voted and wish to do so, please
send your vote by replying and quoting this email, with your vote marked
below.
I apologise for overlooking this in the earlier call for votes.
Cheers,
PA
--Which proposal should be adopted as the basis for object-oriented extensions to VHDL?
____ SUAVE
____ Objective VHDL
____ SUAVE with entity/architecture inheritance adopted from Objective VHDL
Note that you need to be a DASC or Standards Association member as of now for your vote to count.
Please reply either to Peter Ashenden (mailto:petera@cs.adelaide.edu.au) or to Wolfgang Nebel (mailto:nebel@informatik.uni-oldenburg.de) by Sunday 26 March, 12noon US-PST. We will jointly collate votes and announce the outcome at the OOVHDL meeting at DATE in Paris on Monday 27 March.
