Outcome of vote on merging 1604 with 1076

Dear colleagues,

The result of the vote to merge P1604 with P1076 was affirmative. The votes
were:

Affirmative:
        Stephen Bailey
        Gabe Moretti
        Peter Ashenden

Negative or Abstain: none

The P1604 Working Group is also voting on the merger, with the ballot
closing on 28 March. We await the outcome of that vote before proceeding.
