Issues List has been updated

Members of the Issues Subcommittee:

The Issues List on the IEEE 1850 PSL web page has been updated to reflect (almost) all recent activity.

There are a number of "not yet dispositioned" issues, i.e., issues that have not yet been assigned a priority and disposition. These are issues 45 through 60. Please review these issues and send me your opinion of their priority (scale of 1(lowest) to 5 (highest), as before, with 0 meaning that we should NOT address this issue) and their disposition (LRM, Extensions, Out of Scope, Reject).

Note that many of these issues have already been grouped with others, because they are closely related to issues we've already addressed. If you object to any of the groupings, or would like to suggest other groupings, please do.
