Priority, Disposition, and Grouping of remaining issues

Issues Subcommittee participants,

Now that the issues list is updated, we need to finish the prioritization and disposition of the remaining issues. Please review the issues list at http://www.eda.org/ieee-1850/Issues/Issues.html and decide what we should do about the following:

 - priorities (5..1, or 0 for Reject) for Issues 37-50
 - disposition (L,E,R,OOS) for Issues 45-50
 - groupings for remaining ungrouped issues (new groups, or additions to existing groups)

Please post your opinions about the above to the ieee-1850-issues reflector, preferably by 8amPST Tuesday, so we can consider them in the Extensions SC meeting following the WG meeting.
