Here are the minutes of the last meeting, held on 12/20/01:

The meeting was devoted to closing on the requirements document.

Discussion of blocking vs. non-blocking assertions.
Discussion will be pursued once proposal is made.

Passed unanimously.
Harry will be distributing the final Requirements Document in a separate
email.

Note: TomF to renumber sections.

Two additional meetings were scheduled. The tentative meeting for 1/10 has
been cancelled because the donation is not yet ready. The technical content
is solid, but it cannot be released to Accellera until various legal issues
are closed, which should occur by 1/21. Therefore, the next meeting will be:
