I believe to do the requirements justice - we will need at least one 2 hour
sessions and maybe a 2nd one - before we can really have gone through them
and are all satisfied they are what is needed.
and so I do not believe squeezing the meeting in before the panel that
Prakash, Simon are on is the thing to do - we will only have 1 hour - if we
start on time,
also - if the meeting is at the convention center - how will eg Tom F
(co-chair) call in? are their phones in the rooms? - it is essential Tom
participates.
so -
my suggestion is schedule a phone call in for next week?
